How to use:
When placing an order, ensure that all payment details are correct and that full payment is made before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.
Adding your address:
If shipping with your own Jetpak or west tech account, please ensure your address matches the one registered in your Jetpak or west tech account.
If using XpressShopping account shipping address, please ensure your home address is added to our system before placing an order and the full payment is made.
